[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Motorola pulse headphones/ service issue | |||||
I don't know why I choose this 'Snapdeal' service and coming to the point on 4th Sunday Dec-2016 ordered a product through this ***** service even made payment too spot and it supposed to deliver on 6th Dec-2016. As of now didn't received it. And I'm tired of calling customer care because of their response is very extraordinary on only receiving calls but not how to get it resolve the issue quickly. I've a doubt like 'These online services are running only based on customer satisfaction' if they don't want to loose even single customer's hope I think this will not be a good one. While ordering something options will show like food menu but when coming to service is like politician's policy. Really very embarrassed. Now I realized don't want to choose anything from any online service by seeing this ***** kind of service. In this whole incident I lost my money & hope. Was this information helpful? | |||||
