Sir, i order for a jewelry weighing machine with snap deal which i received successfully but unfortunately its load pan is not working which i confirmed from a nearby mechanic.After that i lodged the complaint but the sanpdeal.com rejected my complaint as it was lately registered although the product is under one month warranty .. i therefore request you to advise the sanpdel.com to take up the matter with the seller so that he can pick up his defaulted product and credit my cr card account. with regards javid ahmad zargar Encl. latest correspondence from snap-deal. I received a call from snap deal yesterday but its very unfortunate that they said they can not do anything as my request is not valid but my question is that if the product is in warranty what remedy lies with me as it is the snap deal who send me the product through Abdullah Jewellery, so its their headache to take up the matter with him and when contact they reply me as follows...

Lastly i request the authorities to direct the abdullah jewellery to pic the item and reverse my cr card entry at an earlies

Till date I never upload or use sanap Deal ap as I never get the issue resolved.
