[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No reply from snapdeal about returns | |||||
I bought philips hair dryer ORDER NO [protected]...ON 20 JAN. It was delivered on 23 jan but they gave wrong product i.e i ordered 2000w hair dryer but they shipped 1600w . I made a return request on 23 jan they said they will reply in 24 hrs..but no reply came from their side from then i have complained about 3 times on customer support and also mailed them but THEY ARE NOT REPLYING ... AND NOW MY MONEY IS STRUCK IN THIS I DIDN'T EXPECTED THIS...THEY HAVE SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT I AM FED UP WITH THIS ... You know what ...you guys are working on it for 5 days...and yet i haven't got any call from your side...wtf are u working on...everytime i call ur customer care they say they are working on it...is it going to take a year or 100years for u gguys ...i m just so much fed up with u guys ...i have 2 emalis and made 3 calls to ur customer support till now...but NO one ...no one made a reply regarding return...this is gonna me my last email to u...
