[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No returns accepted within 4 days!!!!!!! | |||
Snapdeal are liars!!! they dont accept returns even within their 7-day return policy. Today is the fourth day since my order delivered. I want to return the product, but snapdeal representative told me they dont accept electronic goods as returns. This is hopeless!@!!! Its a mobile phone that i want to return. Wont buy anything from snapdeal again. other american sellers/websites like, AMAZON.IN or ebay.in are ten times better!!! Liar liar liar, thats what snapdeal is. i placed the order on 25/09/15 i received it on 28/09/15 i raised a return request on 02/10/15 my snapdeal email is: [protected]@gmail.com My order number is [protected] . Oct 6, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me. Just a day after posting complaint on consumercomplaints.in!! It seems snapdeal do care for their customers. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in. Snapdeal refunded all my money. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
