[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — NON-DELIVERY OF MICROWAVE - 17 DAYS HAVE PASSED | |||
I had placed my order on 12th Dec for a Microwave - assured delivery date of 24th Dec was provided to me. Sent thru "Gati". I logged a complaint for it on 16th Dec with Snapdeal since I could not even track if it was shipped by the seller. They stopped responding to email follow-ups. I followed up with Gati - the courier service who had an "assured delivery" of 22nd Dec - they are unable to locate the package (size of a microwave, not talking of pens!) in their warehouse - looking for it, hence cannot deliver it to me!!! Snapdeal takes no responsibility of responding to customer emails or following up with the courier - I cannot speak to a supervisor - they are always busy! My experience with Flipkart for a microwave was excellent - delivered within 2 days - this time it was not available hence had to go with Snapdeal but NEVER EVER again! A lot of time and energy wasted apart from inconvenience caused. Of course NO compensation from Snapdeal for this delay - Flipkart compensated me in every case that their shipment did not reach on the date provided at the time of purchasing! Way to go Flipkart!!!
