[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non delivery of product ordered | |||||
I had ordered for a redmi note 3 phone which costs 11999 rupees and the snapdeal didn't deliver the product on time, so I cancelled the same and they didn't have my refunds back, but mailed me the invoice and a note that the product was successfully delivered... It's been a month and I called the customer care several times and since today no actions were taken by them... Was this information helpful? | |||||
