[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non refund of payment despite returning the damaged product at the desired address | |||||
Dear sir/ Madam, Despite repeated request mine issue is still not resolved of mine refund amount against ur damaged product that on 25/8/16 I have ordered cello squash & squeeze 100 @ rs. 1241+ rs. 50( shipping charge) on COD basis. On 30/8/16 the product is delivered..on opening the product I found that the jar is damaged..on which I have online complained to u.. On this I got request I'd no. 28960172 & intimating me to returned the product via courier as we don't have pick up facility at ur city.. On this I send the consignment shree maruti courier service pvt. Ltd docket no.[protected] dt. 5/9/16 & it has been delivered at the desired address on 7/9/16 but till date mine refund amount not yet come as pr ur commitment.. On this ur representative mailed me that the cosignment yet not received..How can ur reprenstative be irresponsible & mailed to the client like this.. Plz. Resolve mine problem immediately otherwise it will be circulated on social media immediately.. Waiting for ur positive reply.. Your's Nikunj garg Back of d.a.v. inter college Mau-275101 U. Now, I m also sending u at ur administrative mailed so, that u may know what & how can ur officials r dealing with clients... This is obsuletily ridiculous & disgusting... Matter is long awaited pending.. I will also circulate it at ur website to other customer to convey this against ur illdoing. . These online companies are cheating the customer by associating with manufacturer who r selling 2nd hand/ damaged product.. Despite giving all the details regarding the return product details..Each time they are lame excusing the product has not reached at the desired address..
