[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not getting delivery of the product even after 20 days | |||
Hi, Myself Somnath.I ordered a product from snapdeal.com on 27th of Sept 2014 (OrderID [protected]).Till date neither I have received the product nor I have received any communication from their side.I called their customer support thrice regarding this but they end up sending one apology mail only.I haven't observed any effort from neither Snapdeal side nor from the courier company (Red express) side.The Courier company's customer support number seems to be a fake number.I haven't been able to connect to that number till date.The same is for snapdeal customer support number.Any time during the day, it's really difficult to connect their customer representative. I am really frustrated with this kind of customer support from Snapdeal and the courier company Red express(https://www.getsetred.net). I also couldn't cancel the product as Snapdeal has already shipped the product.Even after 20 days of delay they didn't make any effort to either deliver my product or cancel and refund my money. I request you to please look into this and do whatever necessary so that I can get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
