Complaint marked as Resolved As part of the resolution process the company did not make a call or send an email acknowledging the problem more over their website makes it hard to reach them in any meaningful way i.e. they wanted to be contacted as they wish and not as the customer wants. Atlast I was able to get their customer care number by googling it and when I contacted I was told that the company's policy is of refunding within 24 hours but it took more than 48 hours and several calls and emails from my side before it was resolved and added to all this one of their representative said that the fault was mine(the customer) and not of the snapdeal.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
