[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not responding to my complaint | |||
I had purchased a wireless head phone from snapdea.com, delivered to me on 8th august 2016. Within two days, the headphone developed tv audio connective problem, i complained to snapdeal and they gave me replacement since as per terms snapdeal is providing 7 days return / replacement option. But the replacement product also developed the very same problem just within 3-4 days o[censored]se. I had sent several complaints to snapdeal including their managing director. Further the seller rightly mentioned in their product website the said headphone is provided with 1 year warrenty against manufacturing defects. I had claimed refund with snapdeal, but snapdeal reply, that their responsibility eases with 7 days return / refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
