[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not shipping product after accepting payment | |||
I have purchased two items ( order ids [protected] & [protected] ) on 12 december/2014 and paid the money, at the time of payment the delivery date of the two products were shown 15th and 16th december respectively. But they have not even shipped the item even by today(19th decem/2014). I have sent them numerous emails, complaints and phone calls but each time they say item will be shipped in 24 hours. I have even received two sms on my mobile that my item have reached snapdeal warehouse and will be shipped within 12hrs but that too was 4 days ago. They have changed the delivery date for one of my product to 19decem (no use) without notice. It is very much clear here that this fault is not of the seller, he has delivered the product to snapdeal ware house the very next day of order made. It is snapdeal alone that is reluctant to ship the item. I had a previous experience with Snapdeal (order id [protected] ) where they took a month to deliver the product - see the attachment . They had even violated their trust pay terms and conditions in that order. I could have approached a court against them for violation of terms but they called me and said that it is a very rare case and will never be repeated. But now i think it is time to change my mind. I am looking for like minded people . I am sure that Snapdeal representative would post below to send more details to [protected]@snapdeal.com, its why i have already posted the details, what will he do now.
