I have ordered two products by snapdeal website, one is of Rs. 269/- and another is of Rs. 309/-, both of Rs. 578/- only. When I received the product and paid Rs. 578/- for both products.
But there was only one product of Rs. 269. When I try to contact with customer care, I is not reachable. After that one customer case executive called me back and promised to resolve this and they asked for my bank account details through snapdeal website for return my money back but it has been more than one week but I did not get my money back. They have also registered my complaint vide reference no. 77298999 on 08.12.2021 and reference no. 77353871. Please help me. Was this information helpful? |
