[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order booked on 06 oct 2016.. not reached till 19 oct 2017 | |||||
This is really frustrating that, i paid and raise the order on 06 oct 2016 and today the date is 19 oct 2016... As per track record delivery failed. No one has called us for the issue. We request for reschedule on 19 oct... Till now nothing. There is not person details to whom i can raise my issue and get some actual feedback... No one is impacted with delay only me. i was supposed to get a reply within 48 hours.
I raised a complaint with customer care, and an agent told me that refund of rs 983 is on its way and it will show in the credit card statement.
No refund so far.
