[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Order id: [protected], snapdeal not refunding my money

I have placed an Order ID: [protected] on 7th aug n received on 9th aug. i raised its return request on 13th aug which was successfully raised and pickup was registered but i hav not received any msg regarding its pickup. instead i received a mail that due to some internal transaction not being cleared my account is suspended and no further order n return requests will be entertained from this account. n customer care is saying due to high no of returns this happened. but this is totally wrong. i have not returned all the ordered products. e.g., i hav kept
Dell S-series S2415H 60.96 cm (24) Led Monitor worth rs 15000 Order ID: [protected]. Order ID: [protected] also i have not returned. but if m getting the cheap quality products how can i keep them. coz online items v cant chk by naked eye. so returns ll always be there.

but the main thing is i just want to return it n refund of my money. if they want to suspend my account its ok go ahead. i hav no issues. so many e-commerce sites are there. i ll order from them. snapdeal do have the refund n return policy for this ONE BY WACOM SMALL CTL471/KO-C. so how can they deny their own policy. customer care exe sindhu told me that coz my account is suspended i cant return it. wot the hell. also she said if the product is not working then only i can return it but the reason "unhappy with the quality" ll not be accepted for this. firstly m not able to understand why they are not allowing me to return it. if my accnt is suspended or this product cant be returned. they are not clear about this. if easy return is not for this product then y this Trustpay: 100% Payment Protection, 7 Days Easy Return policy is mentioned for this product on their site.they are contradicting their own policy.and i want to return it coz its performance is not upto the par.not worth rs 4000. n my reason is totally genuine.
if my account was not clear they should not have delivered it na or they should have informed me earlier that if i accept its delivery then return n refund ll not be allowed. coz customer order such a costly product online coz of the easy return policy only so that his money is secured.and the same is written in their t&c. why they write no questions asked return policy then. why 7 days snapdeal guarantee. anyways i just want my 4000rs back n ll say goodbye to snapdeal forever.
