My order was supposed to get delivered between 21-23 sept.. I got to know that it got delayed and will get delivered between 22-26 sept.. Its now 27th september and i haven't received the product yet.in between that i called customer care several times and told them to escalate and prioritise the issue. I have called customer care 8-10 times, but i am not getting any update or response regarding where my item is. I have suffered loss due to this liniency shown by snapdeal. If i could have ordered this product from flipkart or amazon i could have got it in one day itself. I have totally lost reliability on snapdeal. I wont be ordering anything from snapdeal afterwards. And who is responsible for the loss which i am bearing due to this late delivery? I want compensation from snapdeal for this.. How can you promise a customer twice and do not meet the expected delivery date. I surely want a compensation or else i will take legal on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
