This item was delivered on 30-oct-2014.This was a COD ( Cash on Delivery), payment was done immediately with the trust on snapdeal to deliver quality product. Tried calling the phone number that came with package and there is no response.This kind of service is totally unacceptable. They do not have contact phone numbers for customer service on their websites to resolve this type of issues. Their return policy reflects very poor after sales service. Questions : How was the package delivered without a quality check?
