Snapdeal.com — Order not delivered

Almost 30 days over and I did not get my order yet. I have made payment through online for SBI ASSOCIATE BANK PO exam study materials but from last 30 days snapdeal team only giving excuse and excuses, even I have sent the mail to the CEO but no result. I'd made an order no [protected] from snapdeal.com on 23/oct/14. Still more than 15 days have been passed & the product not yet delivered. The customer care not providing any status even after sending 3-4 repeated mails. If they are unable to deliver the product then my money should be refunded.

The status is same from last 6 days and I can't even cancel my order. When I called to the Customer Care, even they can't cancel my order.. pathetic..
You committed to deliver it in 2-3 days, and it's been 6 days now. If you can't deliver, please cancel this order. I have other work to do in my life, I can't just call Snapdeal every day and night.

Product name: Sai Arpan Elegant 7 Feet Door Curtain Set (2 Pcs)
Delivered 1 set of wrong product (something i have not ordered) with the label that the pack contain all the three pairs.

Returned the wrong product, AWB number in the reciept from courier vendor SND0228617
Recieved 1 pair of the order placed. 2 pair are still pending whereas the track record shows delivered.

The order was placed on 3rd of August and yet not received.
I have been following up with the customer support team constantly and every time I call they say it will be resolved in 48 hours and post that there is no communication.

Please help me. The money is already paid to snap deal.
I ordered 2 things from snapdeal.

One is delivered in 10-12 days.
And the second item(order number - [protected]) is still not delivered. and it almost more than 1 month.

i register a complain on Gati courier (Complain Number[protected] and snapdeal (Complain Number[protected] also. But every time i call they say it will be deliver in 2-3 business day.

Now i want to cancel my order but there is no cancellation option showing in sanpdeal portal.

I paid money at the time of purchase that was my biggest mistake.

Really i never experienced this kind of worst service from any other eCommerce site.

i order 4items on 26april. got conformation sms on 26 april dat my items had been delivered.
its 8may. i dnt knw who delivered the item and to whom its been delivered. snapdeal should know whom and where to delivere . when it comes to online purchase.
i think you should close your site permantly.

I never received the product, though the status says delivered at online portal, I have called up customer helpline and they are not aware that it will be delivered though mail or some hard copy at my residence, I lodged a complaint 48 hours back, following which there is no sms no followup no response, I am disgusted, please refund my money and dont make matters worse.I tried cancelling the call and it says that you cannot do so please get in touch with the CC and I am quite sure If I call now my waiting time will be over 100. So I am raising a complaint here. If not responded within next 2-3 days, I will fight a legal case with the help of a lawyer and will demand heavy demurrage for wasting my time and money and for mental harrassment
