[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Ordered Pen drive on Oct 10th and till today not delivered | |||
I have ordered the Adata 16GB Pen drive in snap deal on Oct 10th and paid the amount (464/- )also for that product. But till now the product has not been delivered and no proper response from the customer care. Order No: [protected] Complaint No: 10893318 My first complaint to snap deal on Oct 24th to Rithesh and second on Oct 26th to Ashima and Third Oct 27th to Rounaq and Oct 31st To Sabila and same day to their supervisor Puja. Every time when I call, I have to wait for nearly 5-10 mts to speak to customer care and it is STB call for me. No proper response from them and they are not able to cancel my order and refund the money back. Please help on this... Was this information helpful? | |||
