[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Panasonic Eluga Note

I have ordered through Snapdeal for Panasonic Eluga Note vide Order No.[protected] sub order [protected] dated 28.08.2016. They had promised the item delivered between 01-09-16 to 04.09.2016 but not delivered upto 5th Sept. I am cancelled this order on 5th Sept. Now the snapdeal has confirmed that ordered item was delivered on 3.9.2016 which POD has mentioned that delivered to "Poorva Pradhan" I am not known that person. I am not received the ordered item and my money which has paid to Snapdeal. I am contacted the customer care but not replied properly. I want my money which had paid to Snapdeal against my order.

Updated by Rajan Pappachan This has too much late to refund my money. You are requested to return my money immediately. The POD is the proof not delivered to me, the postman delivered to some body.

You see the POD to whom delivered the item i.e. delivered to Poorva Pradhan and signature is Hindi. Attached the POD for your reference. This is playing the postman with the item. Flase delivery report submitted to you,
