Snapdeal.com — Problem with courier company

My order no. Is [protected]. I wanted to return my product and courier company has to pick up courier today between 3 pm to 6pm. I got call from courier company nuvoex from mobile no. [protected], the person first denied to collect courier and was too rude. Excuses given to me was dat my house is too far, it is not part of their route, they don't have slip to provide me.
I trusted snap deal but cannot tolerate this type of behaviour from courier company. Please arrange the courier pick today.

Sir maine timex ki watch online snapdeal se li thi. ab wo kahrab ho gai hai to mai service center le gya wahan wo repaire nahi kar rhe . to maine custmare care pe compalain ki bahut baar call kiya aur kahte aapki wathch ka refund karte hai ek ya do days me koi aayega aapki watch pick up ho jayegi lekin abhi tak koi nahi aaya. sir nivedan ha ki meri sunne ki kripa kare
