Snapdeal.com — Product Delivery issue | |||
I am Samir.My Order No - [protected]. I have purchased a mobile from Snapdeal on 16th October. After purchase they given me date to be delivered on of before 27th October. I am writing this on 30th October till date my product is not delivered to me. I have done repetitive follow up from Snapdeal as well as Courier agency (Ecom Express - Tracking no[protected] Still my products shows "In transit". I send mail to Snapdeal on their customer care id but haven't got reply. I called them on customer care Number but many time my call disconnected telling there are too many calls are in waiting (It shows how many people are having trouble) Finally connected the call, representative registered my complaint (Complaint no.[protected]. But since then noting has happened. I don't know what will happen to my consignment.This was very pathetic service from Snapdeal. Never ever try to buy from them and In case you are using courior services avoid Ecom Express (http://www.ecomexpress.in) Was this information helpful? | |||
