[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered to the correct address and not refunding the money | |||||
Ordered TP INVT1650 Battery ( 165 Ah ) from snapdeal on 12th of October, Order ID: [protected]. Product was dispatched from Delhi on 17th Oct through Fedex. Here is the updates from FedEx. It just picked up at 14.06 PM and Delivered at 14.20 PM, surprising this is my address is 3000KM far from the Delhi, I dont know how the status is showing delivered? bewlo you can see the FedEX updates. Travel History Hide Help Date/Time Activity Location 17/10/2016 - Monday 14:20 Delivered Palvancha IN 14:19 On FedEx vehicle for delivery NEW DELHI IN 14:06 Picked up NEW DELHI IN 12/10/2016 - Wednesday 00:40 Shipment information sent to FedEx I contacted Snapdeal more than 50 times, they dont have proper explanation and I really frustrated to explain the situation every time to Customer care and their response is always same "with 24 hours will update you", I never got proper information from them yet.
