[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered to the correct address and not refunding the money

Order ID: [protected].

Product was dispatched from Delhi on 17th Oct through Fedex. Here is the updates from FedEx.

It just picked up at 14.06 PM and Delivered at 14.20 PM, surprising this is my address is 3000KM far from the Delhi, I dont know how the status is showing delivered?

I contacted Snapdeal more than 50 times, they dont have proper explanation and I really frustrated to explain the situation every time to Customer care and their response is always same "with 24 hours will update you", I never got proper information from them yet.
