[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not functioning | |||||
I purchased a seagate external hard disk from snapdeal.com which was delivered to me on 20 aug but due to an emergency i was not available there to receive and check the product. So i told them to deliver that to my company. And now when i came back and i tried using that then that product didn't worked. That was totally a crap product not functioning at all. I tried calling the snapdeal executive regarding that and now they said that they can not replace or return that product as they only have 7 day policy to return or replace a product. I had to leave as i have some emergency or if i was aware that this will happen then i could have ask some of my colleagues to check that product within that period. This is totally cheating of selling a malfunctioned product. I don't want a refund, just a replacement for this dead product which they provided to me. Please help me regarding.
