[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product return / refund | |||||
I had purchased the Vox V93 4GB tablet in snapdeal.com. Later i had issues in this tablet. So that i returned it with as it comes. After i got the tablet, i shocked because the tablet cover and keyboard is missing. I raised complaint and they told for neft the amount Rs200 but that link is not working for me. So that i sent the bank details and the customer care called me to confirm the refund. But still there is no response from their side, i am so much angry with this type of intolerant behavior from snapdeal, i already purchased 15 tablets from snapdeal but this is the first time i had experience this type of things from snapdeal. I got my refund amount. Finally awesome from snapdeal response, , , Unbelievable within 2 hours i got the amount.
