Order ID-[protected], Sub Order ID-[protected], dated 23/10/2016, Item Ordered-PUMA PLUTO DP Gray Sports shoes, Size 10. PAID Rs.1342/- upfront. The item has NOT been received by me so far, though it is stated to be delivered on 26/10/16. I lodged complaint regarding non delivery on 27/10/16 and have spoken on phone number.[protected] of Snapdeal. I was assured that they were looking into the matter and that the item ordered will be delivered by 02/11/16. When I spoke again today they said they are looking into the matter.
