Dear nova team/ snapdeal team I am writing this mail to you that I bought a product NOVA NHS-800 2 IN 1 beauty styler with ceramic plates on dated 17th june 2016 thruough Snapdeal offer with ITEM Code :BD1885427, ORDER NO :[protected], sub order no: [protected], INVOICE No -S1214B/16-17/110694, with one year warranty but within 4 months its stop working and burnt so i request you to replace it under warranty ASAP. I also tried to contact you on mentioned no-[protected] / 81 but both the number are switched off and also mobile no-[protected] is also switched off..
