Dear Kunal I have been a regular customer for snapdeal. Recently, I have ordered a Raspberry Pi3 (order no: [protected]) - instead I received a small pressure cooker. It seems the seller has made a mistake and sent somebody's shipment to me. The invoice which was on the parcel was of someone from Raipur, but address was mine. I have sent back the wrong parcel which I received to the snapdeal. However, today I received an email saying that it did not meet the quality check criteria. I am fed-up with this process. First I received the wrong parcel and now you are not refunding it. I am not going to accept the same parcel which you are sending. Please keep it with yourself.
