[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received product without warranty while the website quoted 2 years warranty | |||||
I ordered a sony 43w800d tv from snapdeal and while ordering i was notified that the tv is covered for 2 year warranty but while i called the sony customer care, they quoted that since the product has been sent from an un-authorized sony dealer (adith electronics), the tv will not be covered for any sony services including installation and the standard one year warranty. while i wanted to return this product the only option i got was to replace and while i have submitted this request the courier guys came and picked up the product and its been more than 2 days but have not heard back about what next. I request you to please cancel my order and refund the amount to my account. if not send me the tv from a sony authorized seller to be able to have the product covered under warranty.
