I have made a transaction on 28-Oct-2015 via snapdeal and the transaction amount Rs 800 was debited from my account and the transaction failed. I have contacted snapdeal several times via email and i have given all the details including my bank statement was given. As per there policy amount is to be credited back within 7 days in a case if the transaction is failed.Till today the amount is not yet refunded Was this information helpful? | |
