[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund amount not yet received. | |||
I was ordered 2 items (1)Wrangler pick cotton V Neck Button Cardigans ( ID [protected] sub Order No.34250006 / 18) and (2) Wrangler Green Cotton V Neck Pullover (Sub Order 34250706 / 23) on 29.7.2014. The amount paid after discount for these items is Rs.2, 233/- by HDFC credit card. Due to oversize of Wrangler Green C V N Pullover the same was cancelled (Ticket ID 8249200) and returned. The amount involved for this item as per your order is No.1, 116/-. I had waited by observing 2 months credit card statements. No refund was reflected on my credit card statements. In the meanwhile, I received the mail informing that the refund will be made in due course. Further, on reply from SD.com and complaint forum, I also furnished the bank details with a copy to gopinath.[protected]@gmail.com. Till today I didn't get the refund amount of Rs.1, 116/- nor any phone call from customer support. Please take action to refund my amount of Rs.1, 116/- immediately.
