[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund for seagate backup slim 1tb hdd | |||||
Sir/ma'am, I have ordered a seagate backup slim 1tb hdd from your website on 19 sept. 2016 and I received it on 21sept. But after I found it defective and requested for return but by I don't want to replace it, I want to refund it, so I accidently cancelled the request then I had called customer service and told him about the matter and he said he has transferred my refund request to the senior authority and it will be solved within 48 hours and send me the details by mail but still didn't receive any mail concerning my refund... What to do.??? Help me.. I am very disappointed. I have only 5 days left and after you will say that "our 7 day return policy is over we can't help you".
