Below are the details of my orders for which i had placed cancellation request long ago but i didn't get my refund till date. It's been a long time i didn't get proper answer from you Order no. 1 Order id: [protected] Placed on 25 may 17 Amount (Rs.): 4885/- through net banking Order no. 2 Order id: [protected] Order placed on 26 may 17 Amount (Rs.): 1091/- through net banking Order no. 3 Order id: [protected] Order placed on 26 may 17 Amount (Rs.): 1695/- through net banking I have called their customer care many times but they say product is already dispatched and with the courier and as soon as the courier return the product we will initiate your refund but it's been more than 25 days since the product is with the courier and they even don't have any details about courier no. Etc. Many times i have filed complaint they don't even reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 27, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After a lot of follow up they issued refund but unfortunately the refunded money wasn't credited to my bank account before one month. I did another rounds of follow up for that. I have decided to not to do any online transaction from snapdeal now onwards. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
