My name is Aslam Ahmed and I wants to make a complaint with about snapdeal.com, who is a online fraudster.I made an oder no. [protected] (Dsk Frosted New Glass Shelf 20 Inch x5 Inch, two pieces for a 1188 for one piece) and other is order no. [protected] ( KRM Pure Brass Moonstone Straight Shelf 14X6" three pieces, for Rs. 504 for one piece). I returned both of these Item ( two pieces Dsk Frosted New Glass Shelf 20 Inch x5 Inch and three pieces of KRM Pure Brass Moonstone Straight Shelf 14X6") But backoffice of my account shows that they have refunded for one piece of (Dsk Frosted New Glass Shelf 20 Inch x5 Inch) and one item has been replaced, .for othe item e.g. KRM Pure Brass Moonstone Straight Shelf 14X6" their website shows that they have refunded for one time while two other item has been delivered to me.They have to make a fraud of rupees 504+504+935 = 1943 which inspite of several complaints they are not ready to entertain now stopped from replying. Kindly suggest me
