Snapdeal.com — Replacement not done | |||||
I have asked for a replacement of XXL Bean Bag with Beans in Black on 30 Nov but it has still not been replaced. I have called them several time and even written emails but they are not responding. Order Id is [protected]. Everytime I call they would tell that it would be done within 48 hrs but nobody comes to collect it. attached here is the followup email I have sent to them and 1 email from snapdeal.
