This is in reference to the request 22442016 against Order number [protected]. Complaint no 1278708 dated 3/05/2016. I just want to inform you that this issue has not been resolved yet and it is unfortunate that this has been marked as resolved. It is really frustrating that I have been receiving calls every day from your social media team and after passing many days, no solution has been provided. It's really a big shame for Snapdeal. Sorry to say pathetic customer service and Snapdeal does not keep promises. Even has not replied to my previous email that forced me to take social media way Was this information helpful? | |||
