i received order no [protected] on 03 may, 2015 mobile iberry auxus beast. There are many problems in this mobile phone its not work properly.the quality of phone very bad. i want to return this order and want my money back. i also send mail 04 may 2015 email id- [protected]@snapdeal.com but there no one response.Please solve my complaint and tell the best & easy way to returning. i have also visit snapdeal website to fill return form but its not working.
