Hello team, Previously your technician is collect the phone and after 20 minutes he is coming again into office and return the phone and saying that our executive is coming to collect the phone. Now again as on today your executive is coming for collect the phone but he is not accepted the return request after discuss with his supervisor. He is also asking for charger but i have not received the charger at the time of delivery. I have also mention the complete details on my return request. I am very disappointed with your process.
