[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Returned Item is being Denied | |||||
The item that was ordered was returned by us the very next day. I have been trying to contact Snapdeal through the number provided and waiting several minutes every time only for no response. The order was place on the 12 of October, delivered on the 20th, and returned on the 21nd. The package is being sent back with no reason. Promising services are not being lived up to. As a consumer, I feel helpless with the way things are going. There is no point of contact with the warehouse/snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
