[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal not providing Refund | |||||
Order Id : [protected] My order was cancelled by Snapdeal and they said that amount will be refunded. It has been more than 15 days, but I have not received the amount. I called the customer care and they asked me to share the Bank Statement. I shared the statement after hiding different amount reflected in the statement because my Bank Balance is a private thing to me. It can be clearly seen that there is no Snapdeal Credit transaction in my account. Snapdeal has refused to provide ARN number for the transaction until and unless I provide them full account statement. I don't know what they have to do with knowing my bank balance. The transaction details are clearly visible and it is clear that snapdeal has not transferred any amount to my Bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
