I had ordered Surya Crystal Blue Flower 3 Automatic on Snapdeal but I had recieved damaged and used item first. Later I had ordered for replacing it and I have got now different color item with two burners not working and when I am trying to refund it using unable to do it as well. I had tried to do the same using phone call as well but it is also not working. Very pathetic service by snapdeal. Worst service by Snapdeal. Please let me know what I can do now. Reason of Refund : Two burners are not working .. One is smaller and another is larger one.Moreover items color is also different what I had ordered.I had ordered blue color while I have received yellow one.
