i had purchased htcdesire 816g online. After delivery of the product i found the speaker of the phone stopped working.It seemed as the product was already used. Snapdeal arranged a reverse pickup after a lot of delay.
Secondly i had a problem that i waqnted the delivery of the new replaced product at a different address as i had moved to a new location and had no access to the old location. I confirmed from the customer care about whether my address could be updated nd they said yes it could and gave me a complaint no.
I frequently called the customer care for next four days and evry time they gave me a new complaint number and showed terrible approach towards the customer. It was like harrasing someone mentally.
After getting irritated at their response i requested them to make me able to talk to a senior executive to which they said we have arranged a reverse callback to your no. within 4 hours. But it never happened. Please take a strict action towards them Was this information helpful? |
