I am unable to return this product. So I placed replace request. The product I received is a damaged product and I am unable to switch on the product.

Still now there is no status on this.

My first priority is to Snapdeal to take return of this product and refund my hard earned money to my account.

If Snapdeal not able to return my money at least it should replace with the working product.

I have placed a return request for this product on 19th October. I am receiving message saying that your product will be picked today. But still now no one came to pick up this product and no one called me regarding the pick up of this product.

Please take back this product and return my hard earned money to my account.

Please don't delay in this.
