[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unfair practice regarding order for brut deodorant original 200ml (Buy 1 get 1 free) | |||||
I had placed order number for brut deodorant original 200ml (Buy 1 get 1free) on 01 feb 17 and order id was [protected], which was delivered on 05 feb 2017. I found that one bottle of deodorant was ulmost empty and therfore i registered my concern with snapdeal. But, snapdeal did not process my request on technical reason of late information. First time i feel cheated with such unfair practice of this reputed company, snapdeal.com. I have tried to convince the customer executive about this incident but he did not consider to make good the loss i suffered. I thus request the higher management of snapdeal to look into this incident and either replace the empty deodorant or refund my order amount immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
