[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — versace pour homme 100ml men edt | |||||
I had ordered a versace pour homme 100 ml men edt from snapdeal.com on 20 nov 2017. I received the order on 22 nov 2017. On opening the bottle the emblem of versace was falling apart. The smell of the perfume was different than the original perfume. It was a duplicate product supplied by snapdeal. On complaining to the snapdeal helpdesk, they replied that the item is not eligible for return as per our return policy. This is not acceptable from snapdeal. They have to provide a replacement with an original perfume that i have ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
