Snapdeal.com — Worst Customer Support - No response for product return pickup

Product delivered on 1st October 2014 and complaint raised the same day. Waiting and calling everyday from 1st October 2014 to 11th October 2014 (today) and yet no response from the team. Now Mr. Mrinal Shandilya, Floor Supervisor, suggests we courier out the product at our cost. What crap is this? Is there no responsibility on SnapDeal to get the product picked?
