I read all the comments and realized all true, very very worst service of customer support. I ordered a product on 10Nov and paid Rs 99extra for next day delivery then its was mentioned product is delivered by on or before 11th Nov but I have got product on 12th Nov after so many follow-ups calls, emails etc. Now as per their policy I will get refund of Rs 198(99*2) because product not delivered on time and they charged 99rs extra. Now at least I spoke to them 6 times and every time they say your complaint has been registered and you'll get a call/resolution in next 24-48hrs .It have been 7 days now, never get any call neither acknowledge ment on email after 5 follow-ups. I cc'ed ceo and coo as well in the loop, I just spoke to them and likewise every time my complaint has been forwarded and get a call in 24 hrs., it never happened.
