Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered | |||||
From snapdeal I ordered for canon powershot SX610 vide order no [protected] on date 14 Nov 2015 . I paid amount 11900/- as against the model of camera i have chosen . On 21 Nov I have received canon IXUS 165, which is priced much lesser than what I have ordered. This is error done by snapdeal and I have communicated the same to their customer care. I have initiated the return/replacement the very next day but till date nothing sincerely done by snapdeal in this regard. I am very upset with their return policy and incurred the cost already without having right item. Please arrange resolution.
