[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong records of snapdeal & pathetic service | |||||
I ordered a product on[protected] with order id - [protected] I made a request for returning the product on[protected]. I received an email today, i. E[protected] from snapdeal, which says that an attempt was made to pickup the product but was unsuccessful because of me. I have already returned the product today. Kindly check your records thoroughly. Tried calling your so called customer care number but it instantly says that an attempt was made to pickup the product but i was not available.
