Snapdeal — Complaint against Snapdeal

I had ordered Bpitch Towels through snapdeal on 30 Jan 15. The towels were delivered on 04 Feb 15. The quality of the product was very poor. The original cost of the product was Rs 1000/ and on Republic Day the offer price was Rs 299/ as per the site information. Money was paid to the Courier Service and immediately a complaint was registered with snapdeal customer care. Since then atleast 25 mails have been exchanged between snapdeal and me. Each time snapdeal had promised to credit the money in my account as SD Cash which could be used for my next purchase. The e-mails in this regard from snapdeal are with me. However, till date no SD Cash has been credited to my account. In case required, copy of all mails in this regard can be sent to you. You are requested to intervene and resolve the issue.
