[Resolved] Snapdeal — Deductions | |||
I'm a seller is snapdeal code Sab98f, If the customer don't accept the product they charge the shipping charges from the seller. they told me b4 snapdeal customers are so genuine why they dont' accept the product means they couldn't answer it. so many returns i received not accept by the customer. Everything why we need to pay for logistics. if i send the product u collecting the charges, if i don't send the product u collect the penalities from the sellers. they new policy they dont' share 2 me. when i raised the dispute they told me that things. very fraud business they are doing, in last one year. they are trying to deduct the amount in different ways. everytime i show the proof and get the money.. They don't share any updates from us, our accounts manager always change and proper communication. they told me now we informed on 14 july, but after i raised they dispute they never mention that.. they clearly cheating the sellers. moreover the account managers bcoz of their targets they placed the fake order and make the sellers loose. they are doing business without morals and debit the money for their cause..
